Start by browning the butter on the stove. Careful not to burn the butter! Let the butter sit out at room temperature before adding it to other ingredients.
Sift togther the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Cream togther the browned butter, white sugar, dark brown sugar, expresso powder, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Mix in all dry ingrediance.
Then Fold in the chocolate and scoop into even balls.

After they are done baking let them rest for 10min then enjoy!
